How We Work

Our Process

Six clear steps from first conversation to finished build, so you always know what happens next.

Our Process

From first call to final walkthrough

A clear, unhurried path from first conversation to finished build, designed so you're never guessing what comes next.

01

Initial Consultation

A conversation about your vision, your budget, and your timeline. We listen first. No pressure, no sales script.

02

Site Visit

We walk the space together, take measurements, and assess existing conditions, the things photos and phone calls can't tell us.

03

Estimate & Scope of Work

We build a detailed written estimate and a complete scope of work covering the materials, the trades, and the timeline for your project.

04

Scope & Pricing Review

We meet in person to walk through the scope and pricing together, answer every question, and refine the plan until it's exactly right.

05

Contract Signing

When you're confident in the plan, we make it official. The contract covers the scope, the price, and the schedule.

06

Start Date & Build

We lock in your start date and construction begins: clear communication, a clean site, and a final walkthrough when the work is done.

“We measure twice, build once, and never hand over work we're not proud of.”
